Her scope included third party retail stores, Microsoft Stores, OEM partners, and outsourced Customer Service Contact Center Operations. Her key accountabilities included global supplier sourcing and relationship management, strategic business group stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation and compliance, and increasing customer loyalty.
